EASTON, Pa. – According to Easton police, 28-year-old Raymond Shields caused a drunken driving accident on Wednesday that left one woman with life-threatening injuries and 9 cars damaged. He was so drunk that he was not able to perform the field sobriety test issued to him on spot by the cops and he couldn’t even communicate with them.
