Moorestown Police Report Includes Car Burglaries And DUI
MOORESTOWN, NJ – On 17th of September, 3 unlocked vehicles were entered overnight in Moorestown by unknown suspects. 2 of them were on Laurel Creek Boulevard and the third was in a driveway on Palmer Drive.
According to the owner of the vehicles, nothing was missing from the vehicles that were on Laurel Creek Boulevard and just the center consoles were searched. But the owner of the third vehicle faced too much loss as not only the amount of $1,500 in cash was stolen for that vehicle, but the thieves also took the following belongings from the vehicle:
- A Louis Vuitton handbag worth $1,600
- A Yves St Laurent purse worth $1,200
- A Tiffany bracelet worth $300
- A Tiffany ring worth $300
- An Apple iWatch worth $600
None of the robbery incidents have been proved till now and these are only accusations. Those accused are considered innocent until proven guilty after the investigation and gathering of evidences.
On 18th of September, 72-year-old John DeAngelis of Moorestown was charged on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol following an accident in which he was hospitalized.
On 19th of September, 48-year-old Steven Sadlowski of National Park was taken into custody with shoplifting as he was accused of hiding 17 Polo worth a total of $693.50 from Lord & Taylor in the Moorestown Mall. He was booked in the Burlington County Jail on a warrant.
