Raritan Man Pleads Guilty To Two Counts Of First-Degree Murder

RARITAN, NJ – 53-year-old Ramon Cadiz pleaded guilty to 2 counts of first degree murder in relation to the murder of 2 women back in December 2015.

On 11th of December 2015 at around 3:15 p.m., police received a report of suspicious activity in a home in Raritan. The cops found 2 dead bodies inside the home; one was of 51-year-old Sandra Guiseppe and the other dead body was of her daughter 15-year-old Kim Streath.

Guiseppe was the girlfriend of Cadiz when she was murdered.

The neighbor who reported the incident to the police told they had decided to cut ties with Cadiz and also said that he murdered the woman with a hammer.

After the whole case was investigated, Cadiz was identified as the suspect. Police began searching for him and they found his car on 12th of December in North Brunswick parked in a secluded area on Petunia Drive in the Colony Oaks Apartment Complex. When detectives approached the car, they found him sleeping in it and they took him into custody.

Cadiz will serve jail for 30 years for the offense.

It was not the first time he got involved in a murder case as he was convicted of murder once before in 1991.

He is locked up in Somerset County Jail and the judge canceled his bail. His sentencing is scheduled for 16th of November.
