Substitute Teacher In New Jersey Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Student

According to news reports, 27-year-old Nataly Lopez has been accused of sexually assaulting a student as she was involved in sexual acts with a middle school student.
She used her vehicle for sexual contact with a male student 2 times and she also sent him sexually explicit messages for several weeks.
Lopez was a teacher at Nicholas S. LaCorte-Peterstown School No. 3. She was employed by Source4Teachers, a company that outsources teachers to schools.
The age of the student was not made public.
She was taken into custody on Thursday and was charged with:
• First-degree aggravated sexual assault
• Second-degree sexual assault
• Third-degree endangering the welfare of a child
If convicted, she may have to spend one or two decades in jail.
